Pony Plushie FAQ~

❤ Intro + sizes ❤

I've seen some pretty small ponies sell for a lot of money. In fact, I've never seen a pony larger than 15". If you are going to pay $100+ for a pony plushie, I figured I would make it worth your while. More pony for your buck! (I can also make non-pony plushies such as Pokemon or other anime)

I have three sizes currently available:
*NEW* Small pony (A little over 1ft)
Standard 25" pony (A little over 2ft)
Life-size 40" pony (A little over 3ft)

I also want to thank the artists who make their patterns and tutorials available for use all across the internet. Without the help of each person's experience with pony making, my experience would have been a lot harder!! I used numerous patterns and tutorials to come up with a sufficient pattern to help support the weight of a large plushie. I'm still in the process of making altercations to achieve an outstanding pony each time! It's a wonderful thing when artists can come together to help each other create something new and exciting to push the boundaries of creativity. I'm happy to be a part of this process. :)

❤ Waiting time ❤

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your pony to be completed and ready to ship out. I may finish your order beforehand, but I take into account of family, social, and outside situations that may affect the order's progression. Also keep in mind that I work year round at anime and comic book conventions across the US. I am working on pony plushies in between cons! I will get them finished as soon as possible. :)

If you have a specific date you need your plushie by, please notify me 2 months in advanced so I can get your pony ready by then.

❤ Method of payment ❤

After I give you a quote on a price via email, I require that 60% of the payment is due upfront before I begin making your plushie. Once your plushie is complete, I will ask for the remaining 40% + shipping costs before I send it out. Here are the following methods of payment I take*~

-Paypal- Please provide paypal email address.
-Check- Will verify deposit before beginning commission.
-Money order- Will verify deposit before beginning commission.

*I do not take concealed cash because it is liable to get lost. No one wins in that situation!

❤ Shipping ❤

When I am finished making your pony and awaiting your final payment, I will be photographing your pony before shipping it out to you. I offer two types of shipping: Regular mail and insured mail. Regular mail will be cheaper, and insured mail will be a little more but includes a tracking number and insurance. This could be anywhere from $25-$35, but will vary based on your location. The shipping box will be around $5-$10 depending on size of plushie~

❤ Refund policy ❤

Your plushie will not be started until I receive the first payment. Once I start your plushie, your first payment is non-refundable!! I am doing these as a part of the business I work for at the conventions, as well as a business for myself. I would hope my client is as serious about these pony commissions as I am! I will do my best to fulfill your pony plushie dreams. :)

❤ Aftercare ❤

As cuddly and soft as they are, they aren't meant to be a play toy to be roughed up! So if you have kids or pets around, make sure they are treated with care. :)  Do not machine wash or soak in water!! If your plushie gets a little dirty, handwash with a damp cloth and soap and let air dry!
